We are dedicated to protecting your privacy.  We do not provide patient information to any entity for marketing purposes.  Our systems use technologies such as firewalls (which are designed to protect computer systems from intrusion) and encryption (scrambling of information).  We only release patient information to physicians and as approved by you upon receiving a written signed statement requesting the release of your information, in accordance with federal laws.  Strict in office policy requires all material with patient information be cross shredded before disposal.
